Baby's Princess Mia Oh My!
I’m so
pleased to introduce Princess Mia.
She is the
newest from my Champion series.
My dogs
classified as Champions will be true to life size and
have the
long, beautiful show coat of an adult Yorkie.
This unique technique
is my own original concept.
Mia is
created in the like manner as my other dogs.
Her long
luxurious coat is completely and fully brushable
as if she
was your real live Yorkie dog. She is so silky soft to the touch!
I use only
the best mohair to create her base coat.
Mia’s head
fall is flowing with layers and layers of all the beautiful,
natural
shades of tan...from very light blonde, to rich warm honey tones.
All the
gorgeous colors you see in real Yorkies.
I took this
picture on a cloudy day,
only having
the light come in on one side.
That’s what
created some of the shadows…
I thought
she looked really nice, especially showing off her ears.
Her ears I
noticed were covered up in most of the pictures!
As an artist
made sculpture, and the extensive
detailed
work involved, she will be one of a kind.
I strive to
present the clearest, sharpest photos
to
provide the most accurate depiction of Mia.
They
may take a moment to load,
but I hope
they will be worth the wait!
Princess Mia
….adorned with a beautiful crystal tiara.
In this
picture she is stretched out on her tummy
and I’ve
brushed her layers of long beautiful locks all around her.
Her big,
bright eyes are premium glass in a
beautiful
dark, warm brown with hand painted highlights.
I have
meticulously detailed them with eye rims and natural shading.
Her nose is
carefully sculpted by hand, it is not an attachment,
but permanently
constructed on to his muzzle tip.
Princess Mia
has a jointed neck and a strong inner wire frame
that allows
for curling, laying, sitting and standing positions.
Mia is life
size measuring 8" at the withers,
or 13" from
head down, not counting her ears or top knot.
She is
14" long from nose tip to tail root.
Above and
below very refined, show style top knots…
And here we
are all tousled and natural!
The black in
her coat is a shade slightly off-black.
It is not a
jet black as the photos may seem to project.
Here she is
after play…I just fluffed up her
hair and let
it fall on its own.
And here she
is more neatly groomed.
Mia will
come home to you with her tiara,
and your
choice of bow, the black or the red one.
Both
exquisitely hand crafted by Doggie Bow Ties.
