Memory Bears
~ Treasure Bears~
These
little lady bears have been made for others to treasure.
Made in
memory of a mother, grandma, daughter, sister, and a friend.
I have
presented many examples of different articles
of clothing
that can be used to create your special memory bear.
This
pretty lady was made from a denim blouse
and a
favorite plaid shirt. The blouse had an angel on it
that I as
able to incorporate on the chest of the bear.
…with the
extra I made
a little
pillow.

and the pads and bow was made from Dad’s

A sweet
bear made from a very old sweater and
doily used
as a collar. Pawpads made from a hankie.
These happy bears are made from a combination
of chenille tops. We embroidered special dates on their
footpads.
This bear is made from Mom’s denim
jumper, and pads and apron
from Grandpa’s shirt.
Two big
cuddly bers one from a robe, the other from a special ornate shirt.
This is a bear
made from part fur and the special
garments…we
used a beautiful sequined dress and fancy buttons

Bright

beautiful bear from someone’s dear Mom’s wedding dress.
A unique
bear made from a special blanket,
and then a
mini blanket for the bear.
A bunch of
sweet bears from Mom and Dad’s terry cloth robes. I used a bit of each
for the
pads and ears so as to have both robes in the bears.
This
precious bear was made from a linen outfit,
dress and
jacket.
Here we wanted a sweet yet more sincere bear. She is made from
a denim dress,
incorporating the pleats and buttons.
