This
precious bear is made from a quilt that that was
not only
made in memory of grandma, but grandma made the quilt.
We wanted
to keep the traditional, antique look for the bear.
This sweet bear made from Mom’s Red
Cross uniform. We made a pocket
to hold the patch and a picture.
With this
bear, I made her from my own brown flannel material,
then made
her a dress from the loved ones clothes, and incorporated
the
garment in the pads and ears.
A sweet
bear made from Grandma’s sweatshirt. Grandma used to
always
write XOXO on her
notes, so I embroidered that on her paw.
This bear
is made from jeans and a favorite shirt.
A sweet
bear made from someone’s Mom’s blouse
and the pads and bow was made from Dad’s
tie.
A sweet
bear made from a very old sweater and
doily used
as a collar. Pawpads made from a hankie.
A unique
bear made from a special blanket,
and then a
mini blanket for the bear.
